SFIO AGRO Kapitał na Rozwój [Capital for Development] is aiming at achievement of stable returns from investments being made. The Fund invests mainly in bonds of cooperative banks, other non-public assets and minor part of portfolio in investments on the regulated market. Such investment policy is aimed at ensuring stable growth of the unit value. Protection and growth of capital after inflation consideration constitute target of the fund. The expected long term annual rate of return from investment of the Fund amounts 7-8%.

The bonds issued by cooperative banks constitute the main subject of deposits of the Fund. Increase of the level of equity capital allows cooperative banks to intensify credit action and ensures development of the strong position on the Polish market of banking services. More developed scope of activity and dynamics of cooperative banks affect development of the local business, especially small and average enterprises, as well as creation of the new work places.
