Krzysztof Domosławski - President of the Management Board

Mr. Krzysztof Domosławski graduated the Faculty of Finance and Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics and the Faculty of Journalism and Political Sciences at the Warsaw University. In the year 2000 he completed the course "Introducing strategic change into business organization" in Cranfield University - School of Management, then in the year 2001 he completed the course "Contemporary equity analysis" in BPP Hyperion Training in London.

Mr. Krzysztof Domosławski has acquired experience as an analyst in the Brokerage House BIG - BG SA in the years 1997-1998, as well as the Stocks Portfolio Manager in PTE Polsat S.A. in the years 1999-2000.

In the period 2000-2004 Mr. Krzysztof Domosławski was holding position of the Management Board Member and Investment Director responsible for investment policy and finances of the venture capital fund HALS Capital Fund Limited Liability Company. In the year 2004 he was holding position of the Chief Specialist of credit risk assessment in the Key Customers' Department in the bank BGŻ SA. Then Mr. Krzysztof Domosławski was holding position of the advisor for the European Funds in the company Euro Fund Advisors Limited Liability Company (the group of BGŻ S.A.) in the years 2004 - 2005.

Mr. Domosławski was related to the company Poręczenia Kredytowe Sp. z o.o. [Credit Sureties Company] since November 2005, where from December 2006 to September 2008 he has been holding position of the Management Board Member.

Marek Głód - Management Board Member

Mr. Marek Głód graduated the Economy Faculty at the Academy of Economics in Cracow. He has been the stockbroker since the year 1995. Mr. Marek Głód has been a licensed investment advisor since 2004.

He acquired professional experience first as the broker assistant and then as stockbroker in the Brokerage House Penetrator S.A. in the years 1994 - 2000.

In 1997 he was working in Bank Śląski S.A. holding inspector position and in the year 2000 he was working in the company Cornelia Sp. z o.o., as the financial advisor.

In the period since September of 2000 to October of 2006 Mr. Marek Głód was employed in the Brokerage House of Bank Gospodarki Żywnościowej S.A., first on the position of supervisory inspector and since August of 2004 on the position of investment advisor. He was managing individual investment portfolio of the brokerage office since May 18th of 2006.

Mr. Marek Głód was an investment adviser to the President of the Board of the European Fund for the Development of Polish Villages. At the same time worked as an investment adviser at the company Poręczenia Kredytowe Sp. z o.o.

He has been working as a board member and director of the investment department in TFI AGRO S.A. since the company was found.
