Sale of units
- The Fund sells Units exclusively for the benefit of the authorized entities (authorized entities are set out in Art. 9 of the Articles of Association), on the basis of written order submitted in the Company's registered office on the form prepared by the Company, however the participants may deliver the order by fax.
- The Fund sells the Units on each Disposal Day.
- The Fund shall dispose of the Units on the first Day of Disposal (Sale) falling upon payment date, provided that the written "Order of Units Purchase" is submitted by the Participant, not latter than on the Day of Disposal until 1.00 p.m.
- Payment shall be made in Polish zlotys.
- The Unit's Disposal Price shall be equal to the Net Assets Value per Unit on the Disposal Day increased by the administration fee in the maximum amount not exceeding 2% (two percent) of the Net Assets Value per Unit. The Fund may resign from collection of the fee and publish information on the fact on the internet web site of the Company: www.tfiagro.pl
- Minimal payment value to the Fund shall amount PLN 400.000 (four hundred thousand zlotys).
- The Fund may suspend disposal of the Units on two weeks, if reliable appraisal of the essential part of the Fund's Assets can not be carried out due to reasons beyond control of the Fund.
- In case referred to in the above subparagraph 7, disposal of the Units may be suspended for the period longer than two weeks, however not exceeding two months, upon approval and in accordance with the conditions defined by the Committee.
The Units Purchase Order in written form
The entity commissioning purchase of the participation units of the Fund should submit "the Units Purchase Order" completed in two counterparts in the place of orders acceptance. Submission of fully completed form of "the Units Purchase Order" and making payment shall be required for validity of the subscription.
